This machine is widely used in studying the parameter for new process R&D, pilot plant, new medicine research for the herbs extractor process, plat volatile oil in the university, labs etc.
Characteristic
1.This machine have complete multi- functional,it can be used to extractor the volatile oil, water extractor, solvent extractor, steam distill, thermal reflux, solvent recovery and alcohol sediment process etc.
2.The evaporate tank have the special ointment collect unit ,so the final concentration ointment density can reach to 1.4.
Machine composite
This machine including the following units: extractor tank, sediment tank, single effect concentrator, condenser, oil water separater, vacuum pump, sanitary pump, pipeline and control panel .all system use SS support frame.
