Usage

The Fy series stainless steel reaction tank is one of the typical reaction equipments commonly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is a kind of two (or more) liquids and liquids with a certain volume with a stirrer under a certain pressure and temperature. Equipment that mixes with solid or gaseous materials to promote their chemical reaction is usually accompanied by a thermal effect, with the heat exchange device entering the required heat or removing the heat generated.

The equipment consists of three parts: tank body, jacket and mixing system. Stirring form is used for multi-frame stirring to ensure that the material is evenly mixed in a short time; the mechanical seal is adopted for sealing, which can ensure the pressure in the tank and prevent the material leakage in the tank from causing unnecessary pollution. The contact parts of the equipment and materials are made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L, which meets the pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
